During an interview with Spanish media outlet Marca, Rafa Mir has admitted that he does not know what his future holds when he returns to Wolverhampton Wanderers this summer.
Mir is currently on loan at Las Palmas and has admitted that he is enjoying life in Spain. But he will head back to Wolves in the summer when his loan expires.
The Spain U21 has scored seven goals in 29 Segunda Division games. He is gaining vital experience in senior football but his future at Wolves remains uncertain.
As translated by Sport Witness, Mir told Marca: “I haven’t thought about and I’m not losing sleep about it either. I’m focused on the present and, to tell you the truth, I don’t know what will happen this summer”.
The 21-year-old faces a battle to get into Nuno Espirito Santo’s first-team plans. Raul Jimenez and Diogo Jota currently feature as the first-choice strike duo and they are performing well.
