Rangers handed injury worries, player returns to club

Ryan Jack is returning to Rangers from international duty early with him set to miss the game against Belgium tonight thanks to injury.

This is always the problem with international football and though Jack has enjoyed a good start to the season and deserved his call-up, it’s always a worry when it happens.

Indeed, it seems as though he’s been knocked and now we face a wait to see if he is available for the game against Livingston, as per the Scottish Sun.

The Gers have been excellent at times this season and Jack has been pivotal in that with some of his performances in the middle of the park.

Certainly, we could do without him being injured for any games but the wait is now on and he’ll be assessed by the club before any prediction is made about recovery time.

Obviously, though, this weekend’s game would appear touch and go already.
