The Chicago Blackhawks have been inconsistent that last several seasons and it’s been wearing on the veteran players. From winning cups, to sending players overboard, the changes have been fast in furious in Chi-Town. Jeremy Colliton was named coach last season to bring in a breath of fresh air, and it appears his act may be tired.
Jonathan Toews’ when asked about Colliton’s decision to dress 11 forwards and 7 D after the Hawks latest loss:
I dunno, things were going pretty good with four lines and the lineup that we had so you’ll have to ask the coach on that one
A simple yet stern message that Jonathan Toews is questioning his coach’s decision. It’s not the first time Toews has been short and sweet when asked about the team’s success and it’s becoming more clear there’s a disconnect between the players and staff in Chicago.
Paging, Mike Babcock…
