Celtic manager Neil Lennon spoke to the media about Daniel Arzani prior to the weekend victory over St Mirren, and his comments might’ve suggested that he could be interested in extending his contract at Celtic Park.
interviewed ahead of the clash against the Saints, Lennon stated Arzani could feature in the first-team before the end of the campaign if he doesn’t pick up any injury playing for the Reserves team this week.

The 21-y-o has been hugely unfortunate since his loan tranfer from Manchester City (BBC Sport), after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament on his debut back in 2018 (Daily Record).
That kept him out for the remainder of the campaign and has limited him to just one appearance in all competitions this campaign, which was a five-minute showing in Celtic’s 2-1 win over Partick Thistle in the Scottish Cup.
