Leeds United have been advised to sign one of the experienced Premier League goalkeepers in Joe Hart by a former player.
Former Leeds United player, Danny Mills, who also played with the goalkeeper at Manchester City believes that Joe Hart will be “a fabulous addition” for the Championship side.
Speaking to the Football Insider, Mills said:
I think Harty is a great goalkeeper. I know him well from when he first came to Manchester City.
He will have learned an awful lot. He has a huge amount of experience. If you have a goalkeeper like that, if Leeds can get him on a free transfer, it would be a fabulous addition. He works incredibly hard, he is incredibly dedicated and is very fit.
Keepers go on until they are 40 odd. Look at David Seaman, Schmeichel and David James. It is highly possible that deal can be done.
Leeds will be in the market to sign a goalkeeper if Kiko Casilla leaves the club. And it is reported that Hart is eager to join the championship club and is also willing to take a pay cut for the transfer to take place. He will be available on a free transfer at the end of June.
