Liverpool midfielder Pedro Chirivella is reportedly a transfer target for Rangers, according to The Transfer Window Podcast.
The 22-year-old defensive midfielder has been in the periphery of first-team football this season at Liverpool. He has made 10 appearances for them this season. However, with the wealth of option that the current Premier League leaders have at their disposal, the midfielder has found it hard to break into the team.
So, Pedro Chirivella is looking for a transfer in the coming days and it seems that Rangers are interested in taking him. It is also helped by the fact that Rangers manager Steven Gerrard and Chirivella worked together when Gerrard was a coach of the youth team in Liverpool.
Previously compared with midfield greats like Xabi Alonso and Sergio Busquets, Chirivella will be a success in Glasgow if he can tap up his potential.
